It is very important to AFBS that our customers get exactly what they've ordered,
undamaged and correctly built products. It is extreamly important to keep in mind
that when you purchase from AFBS / www.StorefrontDoors.NET you will in fact receive
your new storefront doors, windows, and or complete systems factory direct; moreover,
and in most cases your products will be built to order.
We have a no refund no return strict policy; however, if your new storefront doors,
windows, and or complete systems are damaged durning shipping or was not correctly
built as stated in your order details or cad drawings we will aggressively work
to replace any damaged or not built correct parts. We reserve the right to make
your order right with-out giving a refund.
As your storefront provider we want all of our customers to understand that we're
on your side and we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their storefront
ordering experience with AFBS / www.StorefrontDoors.NET.
AFBS / www.StorefrontDoors.NET has many how to videos, product documents, what is
videos and documents, and cad drawings of your specific storefront to help aid in
your decision making before you make your final purchase.
Remember You're Making A Big Purchase Be Very Alert
- Expect 3 - 5 weeks to receive your standard orders
- Expect 3 - 7 weeks to receive your custom orders
- Check each box for freight damage before the delievery truck leaves
- Never sign the paper work provided to you by the delievery truck driver stating
that all products that you've received are in good condition, if you've received
damaged product(s).
- If your product(s) received are damaged or built incorrectly make a note on the
shipping providers paper work that you've received damaged are incorrectly built
product(s) and make the freight driver sign and date right next to your notation(s).
- If the freight truck leaves your location and you or someone representing your company
has signed the freight paper work stating that all items received are in good condition,
undamaged, and built correctly this will automatically relieve the freight company
and AFBS / www.StorefrontDoors.NET of any responsiblty to replace or fix any damaged
or built incorrect parts. This is becuase neither the freight provider nor AFBS
/ www.StorefrontDoors.NET can verify what actually happens after the product(s)
are 100% in your possession.
How Shipping Works
- Freight truck driver arrives at the storefront factory, and after verifying that all items
are undamaged, the freight truck driver will load the storefront items onto his truck.
- At this point the storefront items are on the freight truck and in 100% possession
of the freight company.
- Freight truck arrives at your location and the freight truck driver ask that you
or someone representing your company over look the storefront items to verify that
they're undamaged and what you've ordered.
- You sign the paper work stating that there is or is not damage to the storefront
items.
- At this point your in 100% possession of the storefront items regardless if some
or all of the items are damaged.
- If you've received damaged storefront items you're to email or fax the freight paper
work to AFBS / www.StorefrontDoor.Net and we'll immediately begin to resolve the
issue by sending out a replacement or fixing your the damaged item(s).
- At this poinit AFBS / www.StorefrontDoors.NET will contact the freight company so
that we can be refunded for the damaged item(s)
- Simultaneously AFBS / www.StorefrontDoors.NET will send you replacement part(s)
of the damaged item or we'll fix the received damaged item(s).
- If all product(s) received are in good working condition and show no signs of freight
damage then you're good to go.
